Stock availability

We endeavour to keep everything on our Online Shop in stock so we can supply your order ASAP. If for any reason, out of our control, we cannot supply a product immediately, we will contact you by email to advise you of the next availability or of a suitable alternative. Orders will be dispatched within 2 to 7 days of receipt of order. (Or contact will be made with you).

Returns

MV provides a money-back guarantee. As the range was developed for very sensitive skin conditions, reactions are rare. If for some reason you are unable to use the MV product(s) you have purchased please contact us by email so we can determine wether or not you ordered the appropriate product for your skin condition. Any return must comply with the following conditions:

• Goods must be securely packaged so as not to incur any damage upon their return.
• Goods must be accompanied by a note explaining the reaction you experienced.

Damaged Goods

Damaged goods must be advised by phone or email within 2 days of receipt of your parcel otherwise no claims will be accepted.

All credit card transactions are processed securely. The security and confidentiality of your credit card details is of paramount importance to us. Credit card details are not available to our employees and no information regarding customers and their purchases is passed to any third party.
