Consultation

First time visitors require an extra 15 minutes to allow us to gather essential health information and discuss your main skin concerns. All information is treated with complete confidentiality and is essential in determining a realistic and appropriate course of treatment.

Appointment schedule

Arriving late will unfortunately limit your time with us. So to fully enjoy your experience it is important that you arrive on time - your treatment will be far more enjoyable and beneficial.

Cancellation policy

Treatments will be confirmed 24 to 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in 75% of the treatment value being charged.
